How long is the lease?
You choose a first term of 6 or 12 months. After that it carries on month to month until you give 30 days’ notice.
Can I get in at any time?
Yes. Tenants have 24/7 access through the gate with their own key, every day of the year.
How secure is it?
The yard is gated and covered by a state-of-the-art security system with AI camera detection and live monitoring. Footage is recorded across several servers, kept locally and backed up to the cloud instantly.
How does electricity work?
Each unit has its own meter. You pay only for what you use, invoiced separately from the rent, with no standing charge.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. The deposit for each unit is shown on its page, and it is returned when you leave and hand the unit back as you found it.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Our insurance covers the building, not what you keep inside it, so you must insure your own goods, tools and stock before you move in.
