A workshop in town, not on an industrial estate
Infinity Buildings is a small gated yard at 24a Stanley Grove, a few minutes from Weston-super-Mare town centre. There are only a handful of units, so you know who your neighbours are, and you can work on your own schedule.

Is there electricity in the workshops?
Yes. Each workshop has power on its own meter. You pay only for the electricity you use, with no standing charge, invoiced separately from the rent.
Can I work early or late?
Yes. Tenants have their own key and 24/7 access to the yard, every day of the year.
Can I get a van to the door?
Yes. The yard takes vans up to a short-wheelbase Transit, and there is room to load up outside the unit.
How long is the lease?
You choose a first term of 6 or 12 months. After that it carries on month to month until you give 30 days’ notice.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Our insurance covers the building, not what you keep inside it, so you must insure your own tools, materials and stock before you move in.
What if both workshops are let?
