A rough guide. Tell us what you are storing and we will point you at the right one.
- 5ft × 20ft (Unit 6)
- Long and narrow, about 100 sq ft. Boxes, bikes, ladders, surfboards and long items, or the contents of a small flat.
- 10ft × 10ft (Unit 2)
- A square 100 sq ft. A one-bedroom flat’s furniture, or business stock and archive boxes on shelving.
- 12ft × 20ft (Unit 4)
- About 240 sq ft with wide double doors. The contents of a two or three-bedroom house, or bulky stock.
- 20ft × 24ft (Unit 3)
- Our largest, about 480 sq ft, with a roller door. A large house move, or storage and a workspace in one.

What is the shortest I can rent for?
The first term is 6 or 12 months, your choice. After that it carries on month to month until you give 30 days’ notice.
Can I get to my things at any time?
Yes. Tenants have their own key and 24/7 access, every day of the year.

Do I need insurance?
Yes. Our insurance covers the building, not what you keep inside it, so you must insure your own goods before you move in.
